Jillian has been working in the medical billing and coding field with freestanding birth centers for over 6 years. She joined Willow in 2022 and loves being a part of Minnesota's birth community. Jillian also has several years experience working within the insurance benefits industry and human resources. She earned her Masters in Business Administration in 2010 from Piedmont College.

Jillian lives in Two Harbors, MN with her husband, daughter & son but still makes frequent visits to Minneapolis for work and fun. She loves to spend time outside gardening, hiking, paddling and being by the water. In her spare time, Jillian also enjoys being creative with watercolor paints and carving blocks for printmaking. Jillian is happy to help you with your billing and insurance questions whenever they arrive!
