Suzanne, APRN, CNM

Suzanne is honored and thrilled to join the team at the Willow Birth Center!

As a world traveler at 19yo, Suzanne discovered her passion for birth and its magical qualities under the tutelage of a midwife in Kenya. She believes birth is the most powerful and transformative experience a woman and her family can create.

This calling has led her to be an active member of the Twin Cities birth community for more than 20 years. Her training is broad based, reaching both the holistic and allopathic communities to include; Doula practice; traditional midwifery apprenticeships; Reiki and Craniosacral therapy certificates; a waterbirth at home with midwives; Clinical Nurse Instructing: A Masters in Midwifery from Bethel University with 18 years professional practice as a RNC-OB providing both normal and high-risk maternity care at the bedside and in management across the metro area and nationwide as a travel nurse.

Suzanne thrives on good food, travel, great books, friends and lotsa love! She lives in South Minneapolis with her husband and their 19yo, 9yo & 5yo.
